Discipleship is not a program; it’s the mission Jesus gave His church. At Lake Shore Baptist Church, we believe discipleship should be intentional, relational, and reproducible. That’s why the 276 Initiative outlines six core aspects of discipleship - each one grounded in Scripture and essential to fulfilling our calling. These aren’t isolated steps or stages; they’re interwoven habits that shape every believer’s journey from spiritual infancy to spiritual maturity.

The 7 Values of the 276 Initiative represent the heartbeat of Lake Shore Baptist Church. These aren’t simply words on paper - they are the characteristics we strive to embody as people transformed by Jesus. These values shape our culture, inform our priorities, and guide every decision we make as a church family.
